I
am applying to beta-test pre-release software
from X-pert Technical Services only. I understand
that the following terms apply.
1.
During the course of my association with
X-pert Technical Services, I will not disclose
any information which is given to me to
any external entities, including:
a. Technical information
- Methods, processes, formulae, techniques,
digital representation of on-screen user
interface(s) or computer programs.
b.
Other Information - price lists, price data,
other financial data, marketing strategies
or miscellaneous marketing data.
2. I agree that at any
time during my association with X-pert Technical
Services, or at any time after, I will not
use for the benefit of myself or others
outside X-pert Technical Services, any information
which is given to me as a result of my association
with X-pert Technical Services. In addition,
I agree that I will not disclose any information
to anyone internally or externally of X-pert
Technical Services, except those specifically
involved with testing.
3.
Upon termination of my association with
X-pert Technical Services, I agree to do
the following:
a. Return any
documents, material or digital, back to
X-pert Technical Services, and remove any
copies you may have from your posession.
